We look forward to welcoming you to Pioneer Works! Beginning on September 3, in accordance with the New York City mandate, Key to NYC, visitors (age 12+) must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Pioneer Works is open Wednesday–Sunday from 12–7 pm.
Pioneer Works strives to make culture accessible to all. Admission to our galleries is free, but to support our residency program and continue our free and affordable programming, we encourage visitors to contribute to our mission by making a suggested donation of $10 for entry, if you are able to.
Online reservations through Acuity are required to visit Pioneer Works. You’ll be asked to upload your proof of vaccination while making your reservation below. Please also be prepared to show your proof of vaccination upon arrival.
Health and Safety Policy
Beginning on September 3, visitors (age 12+) must show proof of vaccination upon arrival to Pioneer Works.
Per the city guidelines, we accept the NYC Covid Safe App (Android and iOS), Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the US.
We highly encourage guests (age 2+) to wear masks. If you forgot a mask, our Visitor Services team will happily provide one for free. To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, we are operating at reduced capacity, increasing our cleaning and maintenance protocols, and placing sanitation stations at key points throughout Pioneer Works.
If you feel sick or have a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, fever, chills, loss of smell, or muscle pain, or if you have been exposed to COVID-19, contact your healthcare provider, and please do not visit Pioneer Works.
Our policy is subject to change based on updates from the CDC and the city and state of New York. For more information, please visit NYC Health’s COVID-19: Vaccine Key to NYC information page.
