Community Sensor Lab
Community Sensor Lab is a collaboration between Pioneer Works, Red Hook Initiative and CUNY Advanced Science Research Center, where young adults and community members learn about environmental justice while developing STEAM skills as they build, install and maintain low-cost DIY sensors in response to environmental hazards in Red Hook. We're currently focused on air quality, and are working to install sensors in multiple locations across the neighborhood.
