Paul Korzan is an emerging New York City based visual artist from Brooklyn. He attended Brooklyn College receiving a bachelors in cinematography, then going on to creating practical visual effects for film and video under the umbrella of court 13 and The Borscht Corp. Recently he has completed an apprenticeship with the infamous “Douglas Trumbull”, specializing in cloud tanks. Korzan’s work has has been displayed at Deitch Projects, CAC new Orleans, and has been nominated for an Oscar for his work on “Beast of a Southern Wild”. He enjoys swimming and watching sunsets.
