Lucia Kempkes researches the effects of landscapes on the personal perception of location, and searches for new ways to depict landscape as we live in between digital and analog spaces. Therefore she creates large scale installations including drawing and video. Born 1988 in Xanten, Germany, Lucia Kempk​​es studied at the Universität der Künste Berlin and the School of Visual Arts in New York City. In 2014 she founded 

, an art collective with a project space in Berlin.
