Kinlaw is a composer, choreographer, and vocalist focusing on the empathic potential and agency developed by performance. Their performances have been shown at MoMA, Mana Contemporary, MoMA PS1, New Museum, National Sawdust, Knockdown Center, and throughout Europe, amongst other places. The Tipping Scale was Kinlaw's first LP release on Bayonet Records.
