Anna Lundh
Visual Arts Residency
Anna Lundh’s research-based work investigates cultural phenomena and societal agreements, aspects of time and temporality, language and technology, and it frequently involves exchange with other people and professionals beyond the art field. This transdisciplinary work includes video, site-specific installation, interactive experiments, web-based work, text, and performance. Lundh’s work has been exhibited in Scandinavia and internationally, most recently at Göteborg International Biennial for Contemporary Art, Sweden. She received her MFA from Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Stockholm, and also studied at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Art, Technology and Design program at Konstfack and KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
As an artist in residence at Pioneer Works Anna Lundh will develop a new video based and performative work, deriving from current and future research – potentially with completely new results, developed through the interactions at Pioneer Works. Lundh will combine focused isolated hours in her “”lab”” / Pioneer Works studio, experimenting using film/video as a primary tool.
