Andrea Roberts
Visual Arts Residency

Andrea Roberts is an intermedia artist whose work melds sound, performance, and installation. She has shown and performed at international galleries and festivals ranging from SOMArts (San Francisco) to CT International Print Bienniale (Havana) and Film POP (Montreal). Forthcoming exhibitions include The Yolk of Menial Light at ACE Art (Winnipeg) and Stimulus, Response, Affect at Oakland University Art Gallery, and her writing on the voice, gender, and technology recently appeared in Sounding Out! A recent recipient of the Murphy and Cadogan Contemporary Art Award, Roberts received her BFA (Hons) in sculpture from the University of Manitoba and her MFA in sculpture from California College of the Arts.
