Supper Club with Filigree Suppers
Supper Club is a regular dinner series created to celebrate local chefs and serve as a community gathering. Hosted in the building’s Main Hall or Garden, each edition of the Supper Club invites chefs to create an original dining experience.
This month’s Supper Club features supper club Filigree Suppers with a custom menu prepared by chef Nahvae Frost of Brooklyn cafe Eleven36. The meal will focus on the spring harvest and how bittersweet flavors can be highlighted and tempered with preparation and presentation. Our featured winemaker Woody Hambrecht from Alysian wines will be joining to showcase his small batch vermouth and provide expert wine pairings throughout the meal. The meal will be complemented by handmade ceramics by Wynne Noble, table linens by Bayith, and artful florals will be provided by Red Hook favorite Saipua.
Filigree Suppers is a pop-up Sunday dinner series that pairs imaginative food with American made design. Read more about them in W Magazine and The Hand & Eye.
