Software For Artists Day #7

Pioneer Works is ecstatic to present the 7th annual Software for Artists Day (S4AD), featuring an exciting lineup of artists, writers, and technologists bringing much needed context and form to a new and shifting technological landscape. The conversations of this years’ S4AD aim to disentangle an online self shaped by a multiyear pandemic, strange advancements in the world of hardware and software technologies, and numerous uprisings for social change. Collectively we will ask how increased virtual mediation and growing skepticism of current network models has given way to radically new considerations, problems, and modes of expression in art, culture, and beyond.
