In the tradition of the flâneur, Brazilian artist Gustavo Ciriaco and Austrian artist Andrea Sonnberger carefully guide you on an hour-long, silent walk through the streets of Red Hook. Literally bound to the group by a supersized rubber band, you become part of an instant community, a collective spectacle, an ephemeral space. This project was originally created within the frame of Close Encounters, an initiative of Alkantara (Lisboa) and Panorama (Rio) festivals.
