This month’s Happy Hour features Bushwick cocktail bar Honey’s which doubles as the front-of-house tasting room for Enlightenment Wines, New York City’s first meadery. Enjoy a new seasonal mead; a special cocktail from Honey’s mixologist Arley Marks; plant-based skewers made with local and foraged ingredients grilled by Honey’s chef Tara Norvell; and live jazz music by Tom Csatari & Uncivilized Orchestra.
Honey’s bar in Brooklyn is the social space and tasting room connected to Enlightenment Wines. Enlightenment Wines has been focusing on small batch meads made with wild yeast, foraged herbs, and locally sourced fruit since 2009.
