Lizzi Bougatsos is an artist and performer. A singer for the band Gang Gang Dance and punk/noise outfit I.U.D. for over a decade, Bougatsos has performed at Kunsthalle Zurich, The Whitney Museum, The Sydney Opera House, The Museum of Modern Art, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, and Bergen Kunsthall. Her work has been exhibited at Hauser & Wirth, Gladstone Gallery, Museo d’arte Contemporanea di Roma, Kunste Werke, MoMa PS1, Participant Inc., American Fine Arts Co., Reena Spaulings, and James Fuentes Gallery. Bougatsos is a recipient of the Rema Hort Mann Foundation grant, and her work is included in The Astrup Fearnley Museet for Moderne Kunst and The Dikeou Collection.
