Exorcise! Shake Your Body with Liz Magic Laser and Healers

Liz Magic Laser and choreographer Cori Kresge will orchestrate a healing round robin experience, together with Laser’s therapist collaborators from Convulsive States. Participants will be guided through embodiment exercises that invoke shaking, cycling through 15-minute samples of practices such as holotropic breathwork, voice dialogues and GYROKINESIS® method. These workshops will be led by multidimensional medicine woman and physical therapist Eia Buenconsejo, birth doula Bonu deCaires, wellness coach Erik Potempa, dancer and Zero Balance therapist Cori Kresge, and GYROTONIC® Master Trainer Naoko Moriyama Robbins. Ambient music, created by GOBBY and sound designer Jared Arnold, will provide the soundscape.

This event will be presented as part of our November 2023 Second Sundays program.

About the Artists

Eia Buenconsejo is a multidimensional medicine woman/healer, a shamanic breathwork facilitator, holistic physical therapist—who has been practicing for over 22 years. She has owned a Wholistic physical therapy practice since 2009 in New York City, called I-OM Physical Therapy P.C, where her unconventional approach to healing the body was shifting our relationship to pain and understanding the interconnectedness of our life’s experience, our environment, our mental and emotional body to the way the body can heal from the inside out.

In 2019, she opened the doors to Anima Illuminare Mystery School~ Temple of the Sacred~ awakening medicine women to their multidimensional healing abilities and teaching her unique signature modality, RA Illuminare Multidimensional Healing℠. She has also developed the Spiral Sequence, an embodiment practice that opens our bodies to a deeper access to the internal landscapes within—the chaos, the stuck and repressed emotions, past memories stored in the tissues, awakening life force. She is passionate about helping people change their relationship to pain by uncovering the root cause, alchemizing the pain, embracing it as our teacher to bring rapid transformational healing from relationship to pain by uncovering the root cause, alchemizing the pain, embracing it as our teacher to bring rapid transformational healing from within. Born with psychic gifts, incorporating ancient energy healing systems, and her ability to commune with the energetic body, Buenconsejo brings individuals back to a sense of wholeness, awakening the individual to their soul’s purpose. Aligning, repairing and repatterning the soul body to heal and awaken.
