Use collage and mixed media techniques to transform your own collected material into an artist book. Through examining, re-organizing, and manipulating imagery, collage presents a language through which to imagine and realize alternate worlds and relations. Following a comprehensive introduction to collage and mixed media practices, class participants will learn book-making methods, and explore the book as an active vehicle for their ideas.
